Kalimah Fergus Ayele is the founder of Roundtrip Ticket Home LLC and the creator of the Igniting Innovation Design Framework™ — a design thinking approach built specifically for school leadership teams navigating transition, growth, and the move from default culture to designed impact.
With nearly 30 years of experience in education across five countries — Tanzania, South Africa, Lesotho, Egypt, and the United States — Kalimah brings a rare combination of scientific precision, equity-centered leadership, and lived wisdom to every engagement.
She holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Stanford University and an Ed.M. in Organizational Leadership from the Klingenstein Center at Teachers College, Columbia University. She is currently serving as Upper School Vice Principal at Casablanca American School while leading Roundtrip Ticket Home's global consulting practice.
